Room rates:
- The room rates are per person/night including bad & breakfast. Extra charge for stays less than 4 nights: € 10.00 per person/night.
- Flat fee of € 20.00 per night for children up to 2,99 years. For children from 3 to 6,99 years in the parent's room, additional rate of € 30.00 per night and for children from 7 to 14 years € 45.00 per night. For every extra person we charge € 60.00 per night.
Apartment rates:
- Cleaning fees included in the apartment rates!
- Extra charge for any extra person in the apartment: € 40.00 per night. Minimum stay of the apartments: 6 nights (direct booking via email or phone)
- Extra charge for breakfast for apartment guests: € 25.00.
General information:
- Visitor's Tax of € 2.00 of rooms and apartments per person/ night from age 14 and € 1.55 for the "Apartment Suites Garden Superior" and "SINA Deluxe and Small")
- In order to confirm your booking we require your credit card information (Visa, Euro or Mastercard) with card number, name of card holder and expiration date. If you have no credit card, we ask for a deposit (bank transfer) of 30% of the total price with indication of the date of arrival and departure. For our banking informations click here!
- The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the room or apartment booking. Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of late arrival or early departure the entire period booked will be charged.
- Pets and smoking in the hotel rooms are not allowed.
- The rooms and apartments are at your disposal from 3 pm to 6pm. Late check-in only on request!
- Final billing, evening bevor depature!
- The final bill can be paid in cash up to €4.999.99, EC, Visa, Euro or Mastercard.
- Check-in: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Check-out: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
