We want you to feel completely at ease with us. Therefore, we have compiled the most important information about fees and booking for you:

• The local tax amounts to €2.80 per person per day (from 14 years).

• For each additional person, a daily fee of €70 applies.

Children’s prices:​

• up to 2.99 years: €30

• 3 to 6.99 years: €40

• 7 to 14 years: €50

How to Secure Your Booking:

• With a 30% deposit by bank transfer.
  Please state “Deposit + Name of the Guest + Booking Period” as the payment reference.

• Alternatively, you can secure your booking by providing valid credit card details (except American Express).

Cancellation & Flexibility:

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.

• After that, the deposit is unfortunately non-refundable.

• From 14 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the days that cannot be rebooked.

• In case of no-show or early departure, 70% of the booked amount will be charged.

We know that plans can change – therefore we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This way, you are on the safe side. Thank you for your understanding.

Further Information:

• Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the entire accommodation.

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (rooms ready from 3:00 p.m.)

• Late check-in: possible upon request.

• Check-out: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Payment from 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure or the day before until 6:00 p.m.
